Warehouse fulfillment

Connect orders to the warehouse process they need.

A parcel label is only one part of fulfillment. Your systems also need to agree on the items to ship, the warehouse responsible, the quantities available and how to handle partial or rejected orders.

Marquentra's fulfillment workflow separates dispatch requests, warehouse acceptance and package events. Operators can inspect the handoff, identify uncertain outcomes and avoid turning a blind retry into a duplicate shipment.

Work with the selected provider

The initial project targets DHL warehouse fulfillment, Bigblue and ShipMonk. Each provider's actual service, interface and access requirements determine the implementation. Courier tracking and warehouse order processing are kept distinct.

DHL warehouse fulfillment

Demonstrated with simulated provider responses
Order handoff, status and cancellation exchanges are tested against local contract simulations. No DHL environment has been connected yet.

Bigblue

Custom integration available by project scope
Selected integration target. No connector is demonstrated for it yet.

ShipMonk

Custom integration available by project scope
Selected integration target. No connector is demonstrated for it yet.

Make the exception visible

Missing product mappings, unavailable stock and cancellation races should have an explicit next step. The workflow records the issue and pauses where necessary instead of displaying an unsupported success state.
