Platform

A control layer for the work between your systems.

Marquentra is the integration layer between a storefront and the systems that need to act on its orders. It does not replace your ERP or run a warehouse. It coordinates the agreed workflow, preserves the original references and makes each handoff visible.

How the control layer works

Normalize without losing the original detail

Different stores use different identifiers, statuses and product structures. A shared order model brings them together while retaining the source order, line items, amounts and references needed to investigate a problem.

Make business rules explicit

A destination country, warehouse allocation, supplier-sourced item or ERP requirement can change an order's next step. Versioned rules make those decisions inspectable rather than hiding them in a series of unrelated scripts.

Recover without repeating the work

A retry should not mean a second warehouse dispatch. Marquentra records integration attempts, separates confirmed failures from unknown outcomes and resumes workflows from recorded progress.

Keep operations in view

The operator dashboard connects orders, mappings, inventory, dispatches and integration events. Your team can see exceptions in context and follow the recorded history of a workflow.
